A day in Paris

Updated: Nov 29, 2019

The most romantic European city is always a good idea. One day is not enough to visit everything but for sure you can go to the most famous places - The Eiffel Tower, the Notre Dam Cathedral, the Louvre and Champs-Élysées.

A trip to Paris is not a real trip if you don't visit the Eiffel Tower. The most recognizable landmark is an absolute must see! But if you are in Paris for a day, you won't be able to visit the shops and restaurants on the first and second floor as the queue of tourists is 2km long. But don't worry - you can still take a picture of the tower from many places. The picture above is from Palais de Chaillot - from there, I guarantee you, the view is amazing!

The world's largest art museum is another amazing place in Paris. I don't believe it is possible to see the whole place in one day but if you are in Paris for a day, you can just take a few pictures outside the museum or have lunch in one of the restaurants besides the museum.

They are a little bit pricey but it's Paris... the business is booming!

Paris, I louvre you..

One of the most popular churches in Paris, the Church of Saint- Sulpice amazes with its naturally lit painted dome and ornate facade. There is a large fountain nearby, named Fountain of the Four Cardinal Points. The story behind this fountain is that it represents four bishops pointing at the cardinal points. What's interesting, none of the bishops became a cardinal.

"A bad day in Paris is still better than a good day anywhere else"

You will never get bored in Paris... there are so many places that you can visit, that even if you move to Paris you will always discover something new. Visiting for a day is also a good idea, especially if you go with your own car as you can move fast from one place to another.
